Contract-based technical maintenance

Predictable operation with a defined scope and response times.

Following an initial technical inspection, we prepare a service plan and conclude a written maintenance agreement tailored to the type, operating mode and criticality of the equipment.

What the maintenance service includes

01

Technical audit

Review of equipment condition, documentation, settings and service history, followed by an initial register and a list of identified non-conformities.

02

Preventive inspections

Periodic visual and functional checks of electrical connections, protection devices, panels, cables, grounding, cooling, communications and mechanical components.

03

Measurements and testing

Thermographic surveys and functional checks in accordance with the agreed schedule. Specialist PE, RA, Zs/Ik and insulation measurements are included only when expressly agreed or ordered separately.

04

Monitoring and diagnostics

Automated supervision when communications are available, alarm review and deviation analysis. The service is not continuous 24/7 human supervision unless expressly agreed.

05

Settings and optimisation

Review and adjustment of inverters, BMS, PCS, EMS, controllers, protection, metering and communications equipment.

06

Corrective and emergency response

Remote diagnostics and coordination according to the agreed response level. Emergency attendance, repairs and equipment replacement are included only when specified in the agreement or ordered separately.

07

Documentation and reporting

A service protocol is prepared after every planned or unscheduled inspection. Periodic inspections also receive a technical report with measured values, completed activities, identified deviations and recommendations.

08

Improvement plan

Recommendations for repairs, spare parts, consumables, modernisation, settings changes and reduction of downtime risk.
