01Technical audit
Review of equipment condition, documentation, settings and service history, followed by an initial register and a list of identified non-conformities.
02Preventive inspections
Periodic visual and functional checks of electrical connections, protection devices, panels, cables, grounding, cooling, communications and mechanical components.
03Measurements and testing
Thermographic surveys and functional checks in accordance with the agreed schedule. Specialist PE, RA, Zs/Ik and insulation measurements are included only when expressly agreed or ordered separately.
04Monitoring and diagnostics
Automated supervision when communications are available, alarm review and deviation analysis. The service is not continuous 24/7 human supervision unless expressly agreed.
05Settings and optimisation
Review and adjustment of inverters, BMS, PCS, EMS, controllers, protection, metering and communications equipment.
06Corrective and emergency response
Remote diagnostics and coordination according to the agreed response level. Emergency attendance, repairs and equipment replacement are included only when specified in the agreement or ordered separately.
07Documentation and reporting
A service protocol is prepared after every planned or unscheduled inspection. Periodic inspections also receive a technical report with measured values, completed activities, identified deviations and recommendations.
08Improvement plan
Recommendations for repairs, spare parts, consumables, modernisation, settings changes and reduction of downtime risk.
