1. Data controller

2. Information we process

A technical enquiry may include your name and company, email, telephone number, project location, allocated grid capacity, technical parameters, project description and requested services. Uploaded files may contain load profiles, drawings, photographs, agreements, grid opinions and other technical documentation. Only after analytics consent, Google Analytics measures visited pages, traffic source, interactions, and technical browser and device information. When you load an embedded Google Map, Google receives your IP address and technical browser information.

3. Accounts, orders and quick orders

If you create an account, we keep your email address, name, telephone number (optional), password (stored only in protected, hashed form), saved delivery and billing addresses, your order history and your choice about email marketing. When you place an order we process your name, telephone number, email, delivery address or the courier office you chose, and the products ordered; a quick order by telephone needs only your number and the products. These details are used to create and run your account, to fulfil, deliver and invoice orders and to contact you about them.

Email marketing. Offers and news are sent by email only if you ticked the box when registering, and it is never required to register or buy. We record your choice and the date you gave it. You can withdraw it at any time, free of charge, by writing to [email protected]; withdrawing does not affect messages that are needed for an order or an enquiry you made. The consent you give when you send an enquiry covers replying to that enquiry only; it does not subscribe you to marketing.

Enquiries and order contact details. The name, company, email address and telephone number you give with an enquiry or an order are kept so that we can answer you and handle the order, and are listed in our contact records for that purpose. How long they are kept is stated in section 6.

Closing your account. You may ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to the address above. We then delete or anonymise the account data, except what we must keep by law, for example accounting records of orders.

4. Purposes and grounds

We use the information to assess your enquiry, clarify the technical scope, prepare a proposal, take pre-contractual steps and communicate with you. Limited technical data may also be processed for security, abuse prevention and submission records. Analytics data is processed on the basis of your consent so that we can understand website usage and improve its content.

5. Recipients and service providers

Information is handled by authorised Power Design Engineering personnel and the technical providers required for website hosting, file storage and email delivery. The enquiry form uses Resend to deliver the message to the company email address. With analytics consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google. The office and warehouse maps on the home and contact pages load from Google Maps, provided by Google, only after permission for the Marketing category or after you press “Show map” (see the Cookie Policy). We do not sell personal data or disclose it for third-party marketing.

6. Retention

Information is retained for the period required to review and follow up the enquiry. If a contractual relationship is established, relevant records may be retained for applicable accounting, contractual and legal periods. Attachments and technical files that are no longer required are subject to deletion when their processing purpose ends. The retention periods for account data, order records and enquiry and contact details are to be confirmed by the operator and will be stated here.

7. Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and may object to processing. Contact [email protected] to exercise your rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.

8. Analytics consent

Google Analytics is not loaded before permission for the Analytics category. You may withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the website footer, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled.

9. Security and automated decisions

We apply technical and organisational measures to limit unauthorised access. Information submitted through the form is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

10. Policy changes

If the forms, providers or processing activities change, this page and its revision date will be updated.
